At Fletchers Beds Limited, every order is handmade to order in the UK. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality beds, mattresses, and headboards with care and efficiency.

⏳ Lead Time

All products are made to order.
Please allow up to 7 working days for production before your item is dispatched.

📞 Order Confirmation Call

Once your order has been placed, a member of our team will call you to confirm the details.
This is to ensure:

  • You are completely happy with your chosen product

  • All measurements are correct

  • You understand the delivery process

Production will begin only after your confirmation.

🚚 Delivery Information

  • Delivery is arranged to your address after the 7-day production period.

  • You will receive a delivery date and timeframe in advance.

  • Standard delivery is ground-floor or room-of-choice depending on the courier’s service in your area. This will be confirmed on your order confirmation call.

📏 Access Requirements – Important

Before placing your order, please ensure that the product will fit:

  • Through all doorways

  • Up any staircases

  • Around tight corners

  • Into your intended room

Beds and headboards can be large, and it is the customer’s responsibility to check access before ordering.

❗ Failed Delivery or Return Due to Access Issues

If the delivery team is unable to deliver the item due to access restrictions (e.g., the product will not fit upstairs or through doorways), the item may need to be returned.

Because all items are made to order, returns for access issues will incur:

  • A return delivery charge, and

  • A restocking/manufacturing fee (amount confirmed at the time of return)

These charges are non-negotiable as each product is custom-made specifically for your order.
