Refund Policy (14 Days from Delivery)

Thank you for shopping with Fletchers Beds Limited. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a refund under the terms outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • You have 14 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a refund.

  • To be eligible, the item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

    • In its original packaging (where applicable).

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).


2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact us at hello@fletchersbeds.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.


3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.


4. Klarna Payments

If you paid using Klarna, please note the following:

  • Refunds will be processed through Klarna. Once we approve your refund, Klarna will adjust your payment schedule or issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • If you have not yet paid your Klarna invoice, it may be paused or canceled depending on the refund status.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Mattresses that have not been opened due to hygiene rules.


6. Shipping Returns

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
Shipping costs are non-refundable.


7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at hello@fletchersbeds.co.uk
